Open core
We decided to use the open core business model that combines open-source software (OSS) with proprietary or closed-source components. Unicis Platform is a core product as opne-source, by making the source code freely available to the public and community. However, additional features and components are kept proprietary and offered as part of Premium and Ultimate version of the platform.
Open core model allows Unicis to benefit the advantages of open-source collaboration, community contributions, and wide adoption.
